  1. ​​​Appointment booking must be made minimum 7 days prior to preferred appointment date. GreenLife Health Care will look to accommodate appointment requests with less than 7 days notice on the best effort basis.
  2. Rescheduling of appointment must be done at least 48 hours appointment time.
  3. Appointment confirmation is subject to availability.
  4. All appointment details and communications must be routed through GreenLife Health Care
  5. Prices are correct at the time of publication and subject to revision without prior notice.
  6. Any additional services, tests and treatments offered/received at the time of package redemption, and not part of the package, are subject to additional charges paid directly to the provider.
  7. All bookings and payment for packages must be made through GreenLife Health Care for promotions (if any) to be applicable.
  8. GreenLife Health Care reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  9. Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after payment is made, unless the treating doctor advises the patient he/she is unfit or not suitable for the package treatment.
  10. In the event of a package cancellation, GreenLife Health Care will refund the patient the price of the package, which excludes any travel and accommodation costs incurred.
